Florence Giroux Gravel is a multidisciplinary artist who received her MFA from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and studied in Studio Art at New York University (NYU Steinhardt) as well. She has exhibited in Canada, the United States, France and Iceland, notably at Foire Papier, Marius-Barbeau Museum, Maison de la Culture Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Galerie Bernard, Centre culturel Georges-Vanier, Ubisoft, Créations- sur-le-champ/Land Art, Galerie AVE and Artch (Art Souterrain). Her work is present in corporate and private collections, including Claridge Inc. and Ubisoft. Florence is a recipient of two Première Ovation grants (CALQ, Manif d'art, Ville de Québec), one in Mentoring in Public Art (2020) and another in Research and Creation (2022). Florence belongs to the Artists File of Art and Architecture Integration Policy of Quebec (1%). In may 2023, she will have a solo exhibition at Galerie AMF. Florence is based in Quebec City (Canada).

Florence Giroux Gravel est une artiste multidisciplinaire diplômée de l’Université Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris 1 en Sciences de l'art et Arts Plastiques (Master) et de New York University (NYU Steinhardt) en Studio Art (Certificat). Elle a exposé au Canada, aux États-Unis, en France et en Islande, notamment à la Foire Papier, au Musée Marius-Barbeau, à la Maison de la Culture Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, à la Galerie Bernard, au Centre culturel Georges-Vanier, à Ubisoft, à Créations-sur-le-champ/Land Art, à la Galerie AVE et à Artch (Art Souterrain). Ses œuvres font partie de nombreuses collections privées et des collections Claridge Inc. et Ubisoft. Elle est récipiendaire de deux bourses de Première Ovation (CALQ, Manif d’art, Ville de Québec), l’une de Mentorat en Art Public (2020) et l’une en Création de Projet (2022). Florence fait partie du Fichier des artistes de la Politique d’intégration des arts à l’architecture (1%) et des sites gouvernementaux et publics du Québec. En mai 2023, elle aura une exposition solo à la Galerie AMF. Florence vit et travaille à Québec (Canada).
